If a return request is not made for quality concerns, onzuu does not accept it. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the package; include the onzuu order number, images of the products and labels, and thorough descriptions of the issues. Both sides agree that in the event that a product's quality is compromised, the customer shall promptly submit a return request, in which case onzuu will either provide a replacement or refund or make up for the customer's direct economic loss. The compensation can only be up to the cost of the faulty goods.
onzuu will reimburse you if it is determined that the package you ordered was lost in transit and did not arrive as expected. Extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local unrest, strikes, epidemics, and other force majeure circumstances may affect the delivery time. In this situation, onzuu will offer all necessary assistance but disclaims all liability for any delays that may have occurred. If products are returned without authorization for customer reasons, onzuu won't reimburse the purchase price; instead, consumers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let youknow if the refund was approved or not. lf approved, you'l be automaticallyrefunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Pleaseremember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company toprocess and post the refund too.
